Rotary Drying Oven

Our Rotary Drying Oven is professionally developed for uniform drying of granular, powder and bulk materials, effectively eliminating uneven heating defects caused by traditional static drying methods. Fitted with an adjustable rotary structure and a high-stability electric heating forced hot air circulation system, this equipment delivers high-precision temperature control and stable operation. Its chamber size, load capacity and heating power can be customized according to material properties and production throughput, making it highly versatile and practical for drying applications across various industries.

Our Rotary Drying Oven consists of five core components: a sealed working chamber, a rotary bearing mechanism, a heating mechanism, a hot air circulation system and an intelligent temperature control & protection system. The internal rotating drum and rack undertake material loading and drying tasks. SUS304 stainless steel finned tubular heaters are installed in side air ducts for durable corrosion resistance. A top-mounted air supply fan forms a complete hot air circulation loop via top air supply, side air inlet and bottom air return. The equipment is also equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation drive unit, main temperature controller, independent over-temperature monitor and adjustable intermittent automatic dehumidification system, featuring a scientific and compact structural design.

Our Rotary Drying Oven adopts the core working principle of "rotary tumbling + forced hot air circulation". The gear motor and variable frequency drive system drive the internal drum and rack to rotate at a uniform speed, enabling continuous material tumbling and avoiding uneven heating and inconsistent dryness caused by material static accumulation. Meanwhile, the top fan pushes air to flow through side heating ducts; the heated air is delivered into the chamber for full heat exchange with materials, and finally returns and circulates through bottom ducts to achieve closed-loop continuous hot air drying. Supported by PID intelligent constant-temperature regulation and an independent over-temperature protection system, the equipment will automatically cut off heating and trigger an alarm once overheating occurs, ensuring precise, safe and stable drying operations.

Our Rotary Drying Oven boasts accurate and stable performance parameters to adapt to diverse drying working conditions. Its operating temperature ranges from ambient temperature +10℃ to 200℃, with temperature uniformity of ±1℃ and temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃. It adopts SUS304 stainless steel finned tube electric heating, with heating power customized from 9kW to 80kW based on chamber volume, and a no-load heat-up rate of 4 to 6℃ per minute. The rotation speed is infinitely adjustable from 1 to 10rpm via variable frequency control for stable and controllable operation. It adopts a top-supply, side-in and bottom-return hot air circulation mode matched with a PID intelligent regulation system. Equipped with independent over-temperature protection and adjustable intermittent automatic dehumidification functions, the equipment supports customized 380V-480V 3-phase 50/60Hz power supply adaptation. Its surface temperature rise is controlled within ambient temperature +15℃, featuring safety, energy saving and reliable overall performance.
