Recirculating Oven

Recirculating Oven is a closed-loop hot air circulation industrial oven. Different from traditional exhaust heat dissipation modes, it effectively reduces heat loss and greatly improves overall thermal efficiency through a closed hot air circulation structure. The equipment can stably complete multiple processes including material drying, curing, preheating and aging, and is especially suitable for batch processing of various materials and workpieces. We can customize the chamber size and heating power according to customers' material characteristics and processing capacity, featuring strong adaptability and stable operation to meet batch production needs of various industries.

Our Recirculating Oven adopts a standardized industrial structure design. The core heating component is SUS304 stainless steel finned heating tubes, which are neatly installed inside the side air ducts of the equipment. It is equipped with a three-dimensional air duct structure with top air supply, side air intake and bottom air return, and fitted with a fully automatic intermittent dehumidification system that can automatically discharge internal moisture at preset intervals. The control system adopts dual configuration of main controller and independent monitoring instrument with PID intelligent adjustment function and independent over-temperature power-off and alarm protection mechanism. The equipment supports multiple optional loading methods including trays, shelves and material trucks, adopts 380V-480V three-phase industrial power supply with customizable voltage specifications, and has low surface temperature rise for safe and reliable operation.

Our Recirculating Oven operates based on the closed-loop hot air circulation principle. Thermal energy is generated by SUS304 stainless steel finned heating tubes in the side air ducts. The top fan forcibly drives hot air downward into the chamber through the side air ducts, and the air flows back through the bottom return structure to form a closed hot air circulation loop. The equipment realizes precise temperature control via the main controller and ensures temperature stability with PID intelligent adjustment. The independent monitoring instrument real-timely monitors the chamber temperature with a threshold 5-10℃ higher than the set temperature. Once the over-temperature threshold is triggered, the equipment will immediately cut off the heating power and activate the alarm to fully ensure the safety of equipment and materials. Meanwhile, the dehumidification system realizes periodic automatic dehumidification to optimize the internal drying environment.

Our Recirculating Oven features accurate and stable performance parameters. The core technical specifications are as follows: the operating temperature range is ambient temperature +10℃ to 250℃, with temperature uniformity of ±1℃ and temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃. It adopts electric heating with heating power of 6kW-120kW customized by chamber volume, and the no-load heating rate is about 4-6℃/min. It adopts a forced hot air circulation mode of top supply, side entry and bottom return, and is equipped with a dual-instrument control system with PID intelligent regulation and an independent over-temperature protection device. Fitted with an adjustable intermittent automatic dehumidification system, it supports multiple loading methods of trays, shelves and trucks. The standard power supply is 380V-480V three-phase 50/60Hz, which can be customized to adapt to customers' local industrial voltage. The surface temperature rise of the whole machine is ≤ ambient temperature +15℃.
