The curing oven is a general-purpose thermal curing unit suitable for heat curing of various coatings and adhesives.
The equipment uses electric heating with a forced hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature distribution within the working chamber. The temperature control system employs PID regulation and supports multi-stage ramp-soak program settings. Working chamber dimensions, temperature ranges, and loading methods are customized to customer requirements. The curing oven is suitable for general industrial coating curing, adhesive curing, and electronic component encapsulation curing processes.

Working principle
Heating: Electric heating elements generate heat, which is transferred to the interior of the oven through thermal radiation and hot air circulation, bringing the working area to the set temperature.
Hot Air Circulation: A circulating fan drives hot air through the furnace, distributing heat more evenly around the workpiece and reducing temperature differences between different locations.
Coating Heating and Curing: After absorbing heat, the surface coating gradually reaches the process temperature. For powder coatings, the powder melts, flows, and then cross-links and cures; for liquid coatings, adhesives, or other materials, drying, evaporation, or chemical curing occurs according to the formulation and process requirements.
Automatic Temperature Control: Temperature sensors monitor the oven temperature in real time and feed the signal back to the control system. A PID temperature controller automatically adjusts the heating output according to the set value, maintaining a relatively stable operating temperature in the oven.
Heating and Curing Completion: After the workpiece is held at the specified temperature for a sufficient time, the coating reaches the required degree of curing. Heating is then stopped, and natural cooling or other cooling treatments are performed according to production requirements.
