Vertical Blast Drying Oven

Our Vertical Blast Drying Oven uses a vertical airflow pattern. The fan drives hot air upward or downward through the chamber, meeting specific airflow-direction requirements. It is mainly used in laboratories, research institutes, and small-batch production for drying, baking, sterilization, and similar heat treatment. Its compact footprint fits tight lab or workshop spaces.

Our Vertical Blast Drying Oven is electrically heated. SUS304 stainless steel finned tubes are installed in the bottom or side air ducts. The main controller works with an independent monitor, and trays or shelves are optional. Chamber dimensions and heating power are configured by material and throughput.

Our Vertical Blast Drying Oven uses vertical supply and bottom or top return. The main controller provides PID regulation, while the independent monitor is set 5–10°C higher for safety trip. On over-temperature, heating cuts off and the alarm triggers. Automatic cyclic dehumidification is adjustable by interval.
