Our Electric Blast Drying Oven is a highly versatile industrial heat treatment equipment, widely applicable for material drying, baking, wax melting, sterilization and other thermal processing operations. Equipped with a stable hot air circulation system and fully automatic dehumidification structure, the oven features precise temperature control and stable operation. We adopt an independent over-temperature protection device to eliminate risks in high-temperature operation. Meanwhile, we customize the chamber size and heating power according to customers' material characteristics and production capacity, making the equipment perfectly adaptable to R&D experiments, small-batch trials and mass production scenarios.

Our Electric Blast Drying Oven adopts a mature and stable forced hot air circulation structure. The core heating components are SUS304 stainless steel finned heating tubes, embedded in the side air ducts of the equipment. A dedicated top circulating fan forms a closed hot air circulation loop with top air supply, side inlet and bottom return, ensuring uniform temperature inside the chamber. The control system adopts a dual configuration of main controller and independent monitoring instrument, equipped with an adjustable fully automatic cyclic dehumidification system. Optional loading modes including trays and shelves are available. With a stable and reasonable structure, it supports long-term continuous and stable operation.

Our Electric Blast Drying Oven adopts electric heating mode. The SUS304 stainless steel finned tubes generate heat, and the top fan drives forced closed hot air circulation to realize rapid and uniform temperature rise in the chamber. Equipped with a PID intelligent regulation system, the equipment maintains constant and precise temperature. The independent monitoring instrument tracks the chamber temperature in real time with an early warning threshold 5-10℃ higher than the set value. It automatically completes internal dehumidification and moisture discharge at preset intervals to improve drying efficiency. In case of over-temperature failure, the system will cut off heating power and trigger an alarm automatically, fully protecting equipment and materials and ensuring stable and controllable thermal processing.

The operating temperature range is ambient temperature +10℃ to 300℃, with temperature uniformity of ±1℃ and temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.

It adopts electric heating with heating power of 3kW–100kW customized by chamber volume, and the no-load heating rate is 4–6℃ per minute.

It features a top-supply, side-inlet and bottom-return hot air circulation structure, PID intelligent temperature control and dual-instrument monitoring system, as well as independent over-temperature power-off and alarm protection.

Built with an adjustable automatic cyclic dehumidification system, it supports tray and shelf loading modes.

It adapts to 380V–480V, 3-phase, 50/60Hz industrial power supply with customizable local voltage, and its surface temperature rise is ≤ ambient temperature +15℃.
