Benchtop Blast Drying Oven is a small desktop experimental equipment that can be placed on laboratory benches and worktables. Benchtop Blast Drying Oven adopts an integrated desktop structure. The core heating component is equipped with SUS304 stainless steel finned heating tubes, with built-in air ducts and circulating fan structure. The equipment is fitted with a dual temperature control protection system, taking the main controller and independent monitoring instrument as the control core. It supports optional manual or automatic dehumidification system, and adopts tray and shelf-type material placement structure inside. The whole machine has low surface temperature rise with safe and stable operation, and the power supply specifications with various voltages and phases can be customized to adapt to local industrial power standards.

Benchtop Blast Drying Oven adopts the electric heating forced hot air circulation working principle. Heat is generated by SUS304 stainless steel finned heating tubes, and the built-in circulating fan evenly delivers hot air into the inner chamber to realize circulating flow of hot air in the closed space and ensure uniform temperature in the working area. The equipment adopts PID intelligent temperature control and regulation, with precise temperature control via the main controller, while an independent monitoring instrument monitors the chamber temperature in real time. When the temperature exceeds the set threshold, the equipment will automatically cut off the heating power and trigger an alarm, effectively avoiding over-temperature risks and ensuring safe process operation.
