Winding Preheating Oven

Our Winding Preheating Oven is a special pre-processing supporting equipment for the varnish impregnation process of motor and transformer windings. Insulation materials of windings easily absorb moisture during production. Direct varnish impregnation will trap moisture inside the insulation layer, reducing insulation performance and shortening service life in long-term operation. Our Winding Preheating Oven can fully preheat and dehumidify windings to completely remove internal moisture from windings and insulation layers, greatly improving the penetration and adhesion of insulating varnish and stabilizing the impregnation quality. We customize the chamber size and heating power according to customers' winding specifications and production capacity.

Our Winding Preheating Oven adopts a mature forced hot air circulation structure. The core heating components are SUS304 stainless steel finned heating tubes, embedded in the side air ducts of the equipment. A top circulating fan is equipped as standard, forming a closed hot air circulation loop with a top-supply, side-inlet and bottom-return air duct layout to ensure uniform and stable internal temperature. The equipment adopts a dual-control system of main controller and independent monitoring instrument, with multiple optional loading methods including truck type, suspension type and tray type. It features sturdy and flexible structure, suitable for batch preheating operation of winding workpieces of various specifications.

Our Winding Preheating Oven adopts electric heating mode. Heat is generated by SUS304 stainless steel finned tubes, and hot air is forced to circulate inside the chamber by the top fan to achieve uniform temperature rise in the whole area. Equipped with a PID intelligent adjustment system for precise temperature control, the oven is fitted with an independent over-temperature monitoring module with a monitoring temperature 5-10℃ higher than the set value. During operation, constant temperature baking thoroughly removes moisture adsorbed on the winding insulation layer, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent varnish impregnation process. The system will automatically cut off the heating power and trigger an alarm in case of over-temperature abnormality, ensuring equipment operation safety and process stability throughout the process.

The core technical parameters of our Winding Preheating Oven are as follows: the operating temperature range is ambient temperature +10℃ to 130℃, with temperature uniformity of ±1℃ and temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃. It adopts electric heating with heating power of 12kW–100kW customized by chamber volume, and the no-load heating rate is 4–6℃ per minute. It applies a top-supply, side-inlet and bottom-return hot air circulation mode, equipped with PID intelligent regulation and dual-instrument temperature control system, as well as independent over-temperature power-off and alarm protection. It supports multiple optional loading methods including truck, suspension and tray. It adapts to 380V–480V, 3-phase, 50/60Hz industrial power supply with customizable local voltage, and its surface temperature rise is ≤ ambient temperature +15℃.

Our Winding Preheating Oven is targeted at the production process of various electrical windings. It is widely applied to the production lines of motors, transformers, generators, reactors and other electrical equipment, mainly used for preheating and dehumidification treatment of windings before varnish impregnation. It is a core supporting equipment for improving the insulation quality of electrical windings and extending equipment service life.
