Products Description
Motor Oven preheats motor stators, rotors, and windings before varnish impregnation, bakes and cures them afterward, and dries out residual moisture. The standard operating range is ambient +10°C to 200°C. Chamber dimensions and heating power are configured to match customer workpieces and throughput, not off-the-shelf sizing.
Working Principle
A Motor Oven uses SUS304 stainless steel finned tubes in the side air ducts as the heat source. A top-mounted circulation fan pushes hot air downward through the side ducts into the working chamber; air returns through the bottom and keeps circulating for fairly even chamber temperature.

The Motor Oven consists of SUS304 stainless steel finned tubes, side air ducts, a top-mounted circulation fan, working chamber, bottom return air path, main controller, and independent monitoring instrument. Loading can be truck, suspension, or trays.
