Varnish Baking Oven

This custom Varnish Baking Oven cures dipped motors, transformers and coils to form dense insulating coatings, improving components' insulation performance and temperature resistance. Its temperature range is ambient +10°C ~ 200°C, with customizable chamber size and heating power for diverse scenarios.

Adopting electric heating and forced hot air circulation, the top fan of the Varnish Baking Oven ensures uniform and stable internal temperature. The Varnish Baking Oven is equipped with a dual temperature control system, the main controller maintains constant temperature, while the independent over-temperature monitor cuts off heating and triggers sound-light alarms in case of abnormal temperature.

The Varnish Baking Oven adopts SUS304 stainless steel finned tubes as heating elements installed in side air ducts. A closed-loop hot air circulation system is composed of a top circulating fan and bottom return air structure. The Varnish Baking Oven is integrated with temperature control, over-temperature protection and sound-light alarm modules, with customizable core parameters.
