Motor Aging Oven

Our Motor Aging Oven is specially developed for aging tests of finished and semi-finished motors. It simulates long-term high-temperature operating conditions and performs continuous aging tests on energized motors under rated voltage and load. The equipment accurately records motor temperature rise, insulation resistance, vibration and noise to verify motor insulation, thermal performance and operational reliability. We customize equipment specifications according to customers' motor sizes and production capacity to fit various aging test scenarios.

Our Motor Aging Oven adopts a reliable forced hot air circulation structure. It is equipped with SUS304 stainless steel finned heating tubes installed inside side air ducts. A top circulating fan forms a closed hot air circulation system with top air supply, side inlet and bottom return for uniform temperature distribution. We adopt a dual-control system consisting of a main controller and an independent temperature monitor. The equipment is reserved with dedicated motor power interfaces and supports multi-station aging with fixed or truck loading modes. With a sturdy structure, it supports long-term continuous stable operation.

Our Motor Aging Oven adopts electric heating with SUS304 finned tubes and top fan forced hot air circulation to ensure uniform and stable chamber temperature. Equipped with PID intelligent temperature control, the equipment delivers precise temperature regulation. During tests, we keep motors continuously energized to operate long-term under preset high temperature and rated load, with all performance data monitored and recorded in real time. The built-in independent over-temperature protection system cuts off heating and triggers an alarm once abnormal temperature occurs, protecting both the equipment and test motors and ensuring safe, accurate and stable aging tests.

The core parameters of our Motor Aging Oven are as follows: temperature range from ambient +10℃ to 150℃, temperature uniformity ±1℃, control accuracy ±0.1℃. It adopts pure electric heating with 12kW–100kW heating power customized by chamber volume, and achieves a no-load heating rate of 4–6℃/min. It applies a top-supply, side-inlet and bottom-return air circulation mode, equipped with PID regulation, dual temperature control and independent over-temperature power-off and alarm protection. We customize motor power interfaces and aging stations to meet customer demands and support truck or fixed loading. The equipment fits 380V–480V, 3-phase, 50/60Hz power supply with customizable local voltage, and its surface temperature rise is ≤ ambient +15℃.

Our Motor Aging Oven is widely used for motor quality inspection. It is mainly applied to batch aging tests for factory-produced motors, post-repair quality verification for maintenance centers, and performance screening for high-reliability motors. It effectively verifies motors' long-term operation stability and ensures reliable quality and safety for factory delivery and field application.
