Product Description
The Motor Rotating Oven handles motor rotors, stators, and complete motors in a rotating state for uniform heating and drying. A rotation drive sits inside the working chamber and keeps workpieces turning through the whole cycle, avoiding uneven heating seen with stationary loads. Rotation speed is adjustable via gear motor and variable-frequency drive. Heating is electric; SUS304 stainless steel finned tubular heaters are in the side air ducts. A top fan pushes hot air down through the side ducts into the chamber, and air returns through the bottom duct for forced circulation. Operating range: ambient +10°C to 180°C.
Working Principle
In the Motor Rotating Oven, the rotation drive turns workpieces continuously while the top fan drives hot air through side ducts and finned tubular heaters into the chamber; air returns from the bottom duct. Rotation speed: 0.5 to 5 rpm, adjustable by gear motor and variable frequency control.
