Ton Barrel Oven

This ton barrel oven uses a circulating fan to draw in the air from the workroom, inhale it into the air duct, through the heating element, and after heating the air, the air is evenly blown into the studio from both sides of the air duct for heat exchange with the workpiece, and then returns to the top of the studio to draw in the air from the top duct to form a forced convection cycle. This cycle increases the temperature of the studio. The structure of this equipment and the principle of hot air circulation ensure the temperature uniformity of all areas in the oven, and eliminate low temperature dead angles and blind spots.

If the temperature control system fails, the temperature of the studio continues to rise, and when the temperature of the studio rises to the set value of the secondary mechanical protection, the system is activated immediately, cutting off the heating control and sending out an audible and visual alarm signal. The equipment employs power supply and blast interlock control, meaning that when the power supply is started, the blast is initiated. The equipment includes a constant temperature timing function, which automatically cuts off the heating once the time is up, with the blast continuing and emitting a sound and light alarm, and it has an output for the broken coupling prompt.
