Working principle

1. Temperature Control: A resistance wire heats the trolley oven, and when the temperature reaches the preset value, the oven stops operating. When the temperature drops slightly, the resistance wire resumes operation, and this repeated operation maintains a constant temperature.

2. Hot Air Circulation: An axial flow fan forces hot air to circulate within the oven, ensuring even heat distribution and improving energy efficiency. The hot air is driven by a circulating air supply motor, passing through a blower, into the oven chamber, and then drawn into the air duct for circulation.

3. Structural Features: The trolley oven is constructed of angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold steel plates. The insulation layer uses high-density aluminum silicate wool to ensure excellent thermal insulation. The inner wall of the oven features a rounded transition design for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Application

The trolley for ovens are suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and other industries. They can be used for heating, curing, drying and dehydrating materials.
