The industrial vacuum dryer is a kind of vacuum heating material low-temperature equipment. It's used for dehydration and drying of high value-added and heat-sensitive agricultural and sideline products, health care products, food, medicinal materials, fruits and vegetables, chemical raw materials, etc.; It is used for low-temperature concentration of chemical products, removal of crystal water, drying of enzyme preparations, vacuum extraction of Chinese herbal medicines, and is suitable for experiments in scientific research institutions.
Product Features
1. Cuboid studio, so that the effective volume reaches the maximum, microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control.
2. The tempered, bulletproof double-glazed door can be used to see objects in the studio at a glance and can be filled with inert gas.
3. The door closure can be adjusted tightly, and the integrally moulded silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high vacuum degree in the box.
4. The studio is made of polished mirrored stainless steel plates, which ensures that the product is built to last.
5. Storage, heating, testing and drying are carried out in an environment without oxygen or filled with inert gases, so there is no oxidation.
6. The shortest heating time compared with traditional vacuum drying oven, heating time is reduced by more than 50%.
Working Principle
The industrial vacuum dryer first freezes the items to be dried to a temperature below the triple point, and then sublimates the solid water (ice) in the items directly into water vapor under vacuum conditions, removes it from the items, and dries the items. After pre-treatment, the materials are sent to the quick freezing chamber for freezing, and then sent to the drying chamber for sublimation and dehydration, and then packaged in the post-processing workshop.
