Tunnel drying oven use a long box hot air circulation and far-infrared drying dry for drying a kind of oven. Mainly for the output of high efficiency requirements of high drying drying needs.
Product Features
The transmission of the tunnel drying oven mainly adopts stainless steel chain or stainless steel mesh belt, which is used for the production of different materials, and the suitable speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to run according to different requirements. The electric heating element of this machine selects high-quality milky white quartz glass tube as the heating element, which has the characteristics of high radiation coefficient, low energy consumption and fast heating. The tunnel drying oven is equipped with one air supply port and two air exhaust ports, and has a butterfly valve dampers to control the air volume. The machine is equipped with preheating area, constant temperature area, cooling area, cooling area and other areas, the temperature range of 50-300 ℃ and 50-400 ℃ two kinds. In addition to the frame, all the machine is made of stainless steel, and the insulation material is made of aluminum silicate fiber, which has the advantages of good heat preservation performance. The tunnel drying oven is also equipped with a power distribution cabinet, with voltmeter, ammeter and digital display temperature controller, also has a motor speed controller and other electrical configurations, to ensure that the machine operates normally.
Working Principle
Under the monitoring of the computer system, the bottles are transported with the conveyor belt into the preheating zone, high temperature sterilization zone (temperature ≥5min) and low temperature cooling zone of the tunnel sterilization oven in sequence. The speed of the conveyor belt is infinitely adjustable, and the temperature monitoring system is set for paperless or paper records. The whole process is always under the protection of 100-level laminar flow.
