Product Concept
Oil drum oven using explosion-proof oven technology, can be safely produced. The working temperature of the box can be raised from room temperature by 10 degrees to a maximum temperature of 300 degrees; the required temperature can be arbitrarily selected within this range, and the electrical control system can automatically control the temperature after stabilisation. The explosion-proof oven features PID temperature control, SSR module control, and can also offer segmented programmable control, allowing for the management of temperature and time at each stage and the heating slope. There are exhaust vents on both sides and return air in the middle; a time relay setting for 99 hours and 59 minutes; phase loss protection device; over-temperature protection and alarm device; the back of the box is equipped with an explosion-proof door. When the air pressure inside the oven becomes excessive, the explosion-proof window at the back will automatically snap open, preventing any explosion. Explosion-proof appliances can also be selected. Design and manufacture can be customised according to customer requirements. Specifications: conventional size, can also be designed and produced according to customer product needs.
