Working Principle
Structural composition: The manual trolley oven is mainly composed of several parts, including the box, trolley, heating system, ventilation system and control system. The box is usually welded with high-quality steel plates, and the inner and outer walls are treated with anti-corrosion to ensure the corrosion resistance and service life of the equipment. The trolley is used to load and unload the materials to be dried. It is usually made of high-temperature resistant and load-bearing materials, and is equipped with rollers at the bottom for easy movement on the track.
Working principle: When the equipment is started, the heating system starts to work and transfers heat to the inside of the box through the heating element. At the same time, the ventilation system starts to discharge the hot and humid air in the box and introduce fresh air to maintain air circulation and drying effect in the box. The control system monitors the temperature and humidity in the box in real time through temperature sensors and humidity sensors, and automatically adjusts the heating power and ventilation volume according to the preset process parameters to ensure the stability and controllability of the drying process.
Operation process: Put the items to be dried into the basket and put them into the workroom, close the door and turn on the power switch. The blower creates negative pressure in the room. When the temperature reaches the set value, it automatically stops supplying air and enters the insulation state. When the temperature drops to a certain value, the blower starts supplying air again. This operation is repeated to achieve the purpose of continuously and evenly drying the items being dried.
Temperature control: The temperature control of the oven adopts electronic temperature adjustment automatic control, and the thermocouple sensor monitors the temperature in real time to ensure that the indoor temperature is uniform. When the temperature value fluctuates due to the opening and closing of the door, the air supply circulation system quickly resumes the operating state until the set temperature value is reached. Application range: Manual trolley ovens are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, food processing and other fields to provide a stable and controllable drying environment for various materials.
