Industrial tunnel drying oven is a mechanical equipment that uses heat energy to reduce the moisture content of materials. The drying oven vaporizes the moisture in the material by heating, and then solid materials with specified moisture content can be obtained. The purpose of drying is to meet the needs of material use or further processing. Continuous drying equipment can continuously bake and improve product production efficiency. Both sides are equipped with chain transmission to solve the problem of deviation during transportation. The oven is heated in sections, controlled by an independent electric box, and easy to operate. The structure mainly consists of two parts: the conveyor system and the drying furnace. Multi-stage independent PID temperature control, the temperature in the furnace is uniform. The conveying speed is variable frequency and adjustable, with smooth operation and high production efficiency.
