Hot Air Circulation Oven

The hot air circulation oven is made of angle steel, stainless steel plate and cold steel plate. The insulation layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicate cotton, which ensures the heat preservation of the oven and the safety of the users. The heater can be installed at the bottom, top or both sides. The temperature is controlled by a digital intelligent meter.

The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven adopts the fan circulation air supply method, with even and efficient air circulation. The air source is driven by the circulating air supply motor (adopting non-contact switch) and the wind wheel is driven by the heater, and the hot air is sent out, and then through the air duct to the inner room of the oven, and then the air after use is sucked into the air duct to become the air source to circulate again and be heated up for use. Ensure the uniformity of indoor temperature. When the temperature value oscillates due to the opening and closing of the door, the air supply circulation system will quickly resume operation until the set temperature value is reached.

1. Heating heat source: steam, electricity, far infrared, electric steam dual-use.
2. The use of temperature: steam heating: 50-140 ℃, the highest 150 ℃. Electricity, far infrared heating temperature 50-350 ℃.
3. Equipped with automatic control system and computer control system.
4. Commonly used steam pressure 0.02-0.8Mpa (0.2-8kgf/cm²).
5. Equipped with electric heating according to the I type 15kw, practical 5-8kw/h.
6. Special requirements are indicated at the time of ordering.
7. The use of temperature greater than 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃, to be specified in the order.
