Product Concept
The curing drying oven is a type of equipment used for drying, curing, ageing and other treatments, which is widely used in laboratories, factories and industrial production. 1. The temperature is controlled by an intelligent program temperature controller, PID parameters are automatically adjusted, and the solid-state relay is used to adjust the power. It can meet the requirements of any curing curve, with simple operation and reliable performance.
2. According to the different placement of the products to be dried, select the air circulation method (vertical air supply, horizontal air supply) to make the temperature of the studio uniform.
3. An over-temperature alarm system is set up, which can cut off the heating power supply and issue an audible and visual alarm when the temperature is abnormal.
4. The curing drying box can also be equipped with a material car or a track designed at the bottom of the test box, which is easy to enter and exit, convenient for loading and unloading, and reduces the work intensity.
5. The electric heating tube is used for heating, which is anti-oxidation, stable in performance and long in service life.
Operation Process
1. Equipment preparation: Clean the equipment surface, check the power supply, electrical equipment and temperature controller.
2. Sample preparation
3. Put the sample into the drying oven
4. Curing process: monitor the temperature, observe the sample, avoid over-curing
5. End operation: turn off the equipment, remove the sample, and clean the equipment.
