Product Concept
The explosion-proof drying oven is industrial equipment specially designed for safe drying operations in flammable and explosive atmospheres. The explosion-proof drying oven heating uses an explosion-proof heating tube, and the controller employs a Japanese Fuji microcomputer intelligent controller, which has the characteristics of good temperature uniformity and high temperature control accuracy.
Working principle
The explosion-proof drying oven operates on a forced convection heating principle. Heated air circulates uniformly through the chamber via explosion-proof blowers, ensuring consistent drying. Any flammable vapors released from the product are kept below ignition concentration through continuous ventilation. The electrical components are sealed or purged to prevent spark ignition, while the robust cabinet contains any potential internal deflagration without rupture.

Operation Points
1. Turn on the fan to ensure that the object is placed in the oven when the oven air is in the exhaust state.
2. After closing the oven door, circulate the exhaust (more than 4 times the volume of the studio) and then turn on the heating switch to allow a large amount of organic vapor that evaporates at room temperature to be discharged from the oven first.
3. The heating power increases gradually to avoid temperature overshoot so that the surface temperature of the heating tube or the temperature inside the oven exceeds the self-ignition temperature of the organic vapor.
4. When the user sets the heating temperature, it must be set according to the upper limit of the temperature uniformity index of the oven and the upper limit of the temperature fluctuation.
5. When the tray holding the object to be dried is pushed into the shelf, the speed should not be too fast. There should be no liquid solvent left in the tray. It is strictly forbidden for liquid solvent to drip to the heat transfer part at the bottom of the studio.
6. When installing and positioning the drying oven, the distance between the wall and the oven can be calculated according to the following formula. If it is less than 3m3, the spacing should not be less than 0.6m.
