The oven should be placed in a clean, level, dry indoor location, protected from moisture and dampness, and prevented from corrosion.
The oven should be placed in a location with sufficient space; it is recommended to maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from any wall on all four sides.
Before use, check the voltage. Smaller ovens require 220V, while larger ovens require 380V (three-phase four-wire). Install a power switch with sufficient capacity according to the oven's power consumption and select appropriate power cables. The outer casing should also be grounded.
After completing the above preparations, place the samples into the oven, connect the power supply, and turn on the oven switch. For ovens with a blower, the blower must be turned on during heating and temperature control; otherwise, the temperature inside the chamber will be uneven, and prolonged use may damage the heating elements. Then set the desired temperature, and the oven will begin operation.
Items to be baked should not be arranged too densely. Do not place items on the bottom of the oven (heat dissipation plate) to avoid affecting hot air circulation. Flammable, explosive, volatile, and corrosive materials must not be baked.
After baking, disconnect the power supply before opening the oven door. Never touch baked items directly with your hands; use dedicated tools or wear oven mitts to handle them to avoid burns.
Clean the oven chamber regularly to keep it clean.
