Working Principle
The transformer components to be cured are fed into the furnace, where a heating system generates stable heat. A hot air circulation system ensures a uniform temperature distribution within the furnace. An intelligent temperature control system precisely controls the curing temperature and time, allowing the insulating material to fully cross-link and cure. Internal moisture and impurities are expelled, ultimately completing the curing and molding of the transformer components and ensuring insulation reliability.
Application Areas
1. Transformer manufacturing: Impregnation varnish is one of the key materials in the transformer manufacturing process. Impregnation varnish needs to be cured to ensure that it has good electrical properties and mechanical strength. The transformer curing furnace precisely controls the temperature and time to evenly cure the impregnation varnish on the transformer coil and core, thereby improving the overall performance and service life of the transformer.
2. Motor maintenance: Impregnation varnish also plays an important role in motor maintenance.
