Working Principle
Temperature control: In order to accurately control the temperature, the mold preheating oven uses an advanced temperature control system. The P.I.D intelligent temperature control instrument is equipped inside the oven. The instrument has an LED digital display and setting function, which can automatically calculate and improve the stability and accuracy of temperature control.
Circulation system: The double-duct circulation structure improves the uniformity of the temperature field distribution in the box.
Material selection: The inner liner of the oven is made of stainless steel plate, and the outer box is made of steel plate electrostatic spraying, which has good corrosion resistance and durability. Aluminum silicate is used as an insulation material to improve the insulation effect.
Safety protection: In order to improve the safety of the mold preheating oven, it is equipped with a variety of protection devices.
Application scenario: The mold preheating oven is widely used in the preheating treatment of various molds, especially in the preheating of transformer molds and metallurgical molds. Its temperature range is usually RT+10℃～300℃, and the temperature fluctuation is less than ±0.5℃, which is suitable for a variety of industrial application scenarios.

Circulation System: High-power circulating fan with multi-wing fan blades, realizing forced hot air circulation without dead angles.
Temperature Control System: Intelligent PID temperature controller with touch screen operation, allowing parameters to be adjusted and stored.
Mould Support: Heavy-duty stainless steel bracket with anti-slip and load-bearing design, suitable for large and heavy moulds.
Safety Device: Equipped with over-temperature alarm, fan interlock, door safety interlock, overload protection and pressure relief device for comprehensive safety guarantee.
