Turn on the fan switch. The fan motor will start running, and strong air will blow out of the industrial oven's inner cavity (please note the fan motor's rotation direction; strong airflow is expected from the left, right, and bottom edges, which indicates normal operation). Then turn on the high-temperature oven heating switch. The instrument will display: 5-second self-test. After the self-test is complete, it will enter heating mode. Confirm using the three ▲ keys and the SET key. Adjust to the desired temperature.

Correct operating procedure for heating the industrial oven: Turn on the fan switch first, then begin heating. Heating without turning on the fan is strictly prohibited. Set the timer. The 1, 2, 3, and 4 keys on the panel correspond to the ones, tens, hundreds, and thousands digits of the displayed value, respectively. After modifying the desired time, turn on the timer switch.

Explanation of oven over-temperature setting: Generally, the oven over-temperature setting should be 5-10℃ higher than the temperature set by the thermostat. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the over-temperature indicator light will illuminate and all heating systems will be cut off, while the fan will operate normally. If the over-temperature indicator light does not illuminate, heating is normal, the fan is operating normally, and the oven is in normal working condition.
