A vacuum oven is a chamber-type drying device that dries materials under negative pressure.
Its operating principle is to use a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, creating a vacuum in the chamber, lowering the boiling point of water and accelerating drying.
Ovens have a wide range of uses, including baking items exposed to chemical gases and in the food processing industry, removing substrate deformation, sintering inks, and soaking paint films.
Advantages:
1. Durability: Because the electric heater is sealed within the chamber, its contact surface with the outside air is minimal, making it susceptible to hydrolysis and rust.
2. Internal heat circulation: Heat is evenly distributed throughout the oven.
3. Safe, accurate, and reliable electrical control: The oven features a rational structure, a large effective working area, comprehensive functionality, simple operation, easy repair and adjustment, low noise, high reliability, low cost, low energy consumption, and high production efficiency.

Operating principle: The air circulation system uses a dual-motor horizontal circulation system for even and efficient air circulation. The air supply is generated by a circulating air supply motor (using a contactless power supply), which drives a fan wheel through an electric heater, sending hot air out through an air duct into the oven chamber. The used air is then discharged into the duct and recirculated as a cooling air source, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the oven. If the temperature fluctuates due to door opening and closing, the air supply circulation system quickly restores the operating temperature. Motor ovens, also known as protective ovens, release large amounts of hydrocarbons during the cooling process, which can explode if a fire or cigarette butt enters the oven during the cooling process.

Advantages:

1. A grooved track is provided at the bottom of the oven to facilitate the entry of material carts.

2. A safety device and a pressure relief door are installed at the rear, ensuring safe operation during cooling conditions.

3. A digital display, independent temperature control, over-temperature protection, and alarm are provided.

4. Hot air circulation ensures uniform temperature distribution, while exhaust gas is removed from the top, improving sintering time, enhancing part quality, and achieving high efficiency.
