For motors with substandard winding absorption ratios or those that have undergone on-site repair and impregnation, the following heating and drying methods can be used:

Oven Drying Method: After disassembling the motor, place the windings in an oven and dry at 70-80℃ for 2-4 hours until the winding absorption ratio reaches the specified value.

Infrared Drying Method: After disassembling the motor, dry the windings with infrared lamps at a temperature of 70-80℃. The drying time depends on the motor size and the winding absorption ratio.

Induction Heating Drying Method: After disassembling the motor, dry the windings with an induction heating device at a temperature of 70-80℃. The drying time depends on the motor size and the winding absorption ratio.

Welding Machine Drying Method: After disassembling the motor, connect the AC power of a welding machine to the windings, utilizing the resistance of the windings themselves for drying. During drying, the current should be controlled at 50%-70% of the winding's rated current, and the winding temperature should be continuously monitored to prevent overheating. Impregnation and drying method: After disassembling the motor, impregnate the windings with varnish, and then dry them in an oven. The drying temperature should be controlled at 120-130℃, and the drying time depends on the thickness of the varnish layer.

When heating and drying the motor, the following precautions should be taken: A suitable drying method should be selected based on the specific condition of the motor. The heating temperature should be controlled within the specified range to prevent overheating of the windings. Moisture prevention should be taken to prevent the motor from becoming damp again.
