Pressure Difference Relationships in a Tunnel Oven

The pressure difference relationships between the preheating, sterilization, and cooling sections of a tunnel oven are not absolute, as they can be adjusted according to specific circumstances during operation. Generally, the pressure difference in the cooling section can be greater than that in the sterilization section, while the pressure difference in the sterilization section should be greater than that in the preheating section to ensure that the Class A airflow from the filling room is directed towards the cooling section. However, some believe that the pressure difference relationship between the sterilization and cooling sections can be handled flexibly; as long as sterilization is achieved, the actual pressure difference relationship will not have a significant impact.

Pressure Difference Control Between Each Section and the Chamber

The pressure difference between the preheating section and the chamber should be controlled at 8-10 Pa, the pressure difference between the sterilization section and the bottle washing section at 12-15 Pa, and the pressure difference between the cooling section and the bottle washing section at 10-12 Pa. The overall pressure difference between the filling room and the bottle washing room should be maintained at approximately 25 Pa to ensure the normal operation of the oven and the quality of the product.

Practical Operation Recommendations: It is recommended that the pressure difference between the preheating section and the main chamber be 8-10 Pa, between the sterilization section and the bottle washing room 12-15 Pa, between the cooling section and the bottle washing room 10-12 Pa, and approximately 25 Pa for the filling room and the bottle washing room as a whole, to ensure the normal operation of the oven and product quality. Therefore, the pressure difference relationship between the preheating, sterilization, and cooling sections of the tunnel oven is a complex and flexible issue. In actual operation, adjustments can be made according to specific needs and conditions to achieve optimal oven operation and product quality.
